A month from now … / In einem Monat …
A month from now ... and
the advent season starts!
Dear friends,
it's
the 1. of November. Guess it's time to start thinking about the
Advent as well as the Christmas season. Sometimes I already had
gathered all Christmas presents – not this year though...
Having
two days off I spent the first one (yesterday) on Etsy, uploading
items. Uploading Christmas Baubles, to be precise!
The
reason wasn't only the oncoming Christmas Fair / Open Day, but the
fundamental question: Shall we have a Christmas tree – yes or no?
Except
for last year – the living room was just too crammed cause of all
stuff we moved out of the basement after the flooding – we always
had a Christmas tree. And even though we are having some doubts
concerning Moneypenny, we'll most definitely will have a Christmas
tree this year too.
This
fundamental question answered, another question arises: what
colour-scheme or theme shall we go by? Ever since the year before
last, I can answer this question without much thought: COLOURFUL!
instead of the traditional red/green/gold.
And
that's where yesterday's zeal fits in: even though most of us have
plenty of Christmas ornaments hoarded in the attic, in the basement
or in the store room, we can always do with something new, with a
very special eye-catcher!
Now
you can either (1) make something yourself – here a the links to my

or
(2) have a look at my Etsy-shop...
I'll
keep in touch!
In
einem Monat … fängt die Adventszeit an!
Liebe Freunde,
1.

Amazing! I would mix them all up and hang them in my own Christmastree, they are too beautiful to sell!!! :-)
AntwortenLöschenHaha! Maybe that's why I made so many... Cannot put them all into one single tree ;-) and the hubby surely won't allow two trees (even though Moneypenny would enjoy this).
LöschenLove those colorful ornaments! They are sweet! Just makes me wish I knew how to crochet!
AntwortenLöschenThank you very much, dear Florence!
LöschenBet you'll be able to find some crochet baubles!
